abuild-announce Mailing List: abuild 1.0.rc1 release

I have made the first public release of abuild: abuild 1.0.rc1.  You
can find information about this release at http://www.abuild.org.

There are no substantive differences between abuild 1.0.rc1 and the
most recent beta, 1.0.b3, but there are a few minor enhancements or
fixes.  There are also numerous improvements to the documentation.
Details are in the release notes.
